You’ll also find that Akada is a place where there is much more than first meets the eye. Dedication to education is one of our hidden secrets—continuing education is the heart of our design philosophy. Each of our staff has an education fund and is required to travel at least once a year for professional training in a different environment. Traveling the world gives them a working understanding of the latest fashions and trends, and refines their appreciation of the history and traditions of beauty and design. In addition, we have an intensive in-house training program that allows each staff member to share the benefits of their experience with the other stylists. Not only does this insure the highest quality work, but it allows clients the freedom to use another stylist, should there be an emergency, and be confident that they will get the same high quality service and attention.

While some of our differences are subtle our approach to clients is truly unique. The Akada Personal Design Assessment is the result of years of paying very close attention to our clients needs, and will result in a dramatic difference in the way that you look and feel about yourself. A consultation with an Akada master, or senior, stylist will analyze your lifestyle and personality, as well as hair, skin and eye color, body and face shape and other features. With this information we are able to assist you in creating a design regimen that is uniquely your own.
